DAY 5

On day 5 of our trip, we went to Hong Kong for two nights with my cousins and aunt from NZ! We took a 2 hour bus from Xintang to Hong Kong then went on a train and MTR'd to Tsuen Wan West to our hotel - L'Hotel Nina. Arrived, put all our baggage in the hotel room, then headed off to lunch.

We ate at the closest place we could find, and conveniently, the hotel we stayed at was attached to a large shopping centre and some restaurants. Ended up eating at Dim Sum Bar.





This meal altogether was like $1000+ HKD. I don't know how that was possible ..

Walked back to our hotel after, and since the parents were all so tired, my cousins and I left to shop without them!

When my hair was still 'pink' lol. You'll notice it slowly fading to brown/gold during the later days.


Being tourists! I had to wear this outfit for all three days we were there x(. Mum told me it was cold so I wore jeans for the first time .. It wasn't that cold when we arrived and I couldn't even change.

My first purchase LOL. Their pearls are smaller which are rare in Brisbane. I think they're called sago pearls?

Later, we went to Ladies Markets! So so crowded and noisy. Managed to buy a few iPhone cases whilst mum bought many many handbags.



Dinner that day. Worst noodles I've ever had ><. I have no idea why we chose that place. Soup was so tasteless and got so little beef. It was also so tasteless that it tasted like cow = =.
