On our first day back from Hong Kong, our relatives took us to a theme park at Dongguan. It's not like the theme parks in Australia though where it's a place you only go to once in a while. I would say it's more like a carnival that's open everyday since they only have a few rides. The adults weren't really interested in the rides though but there was a mall located next to it to cater for them haha ^^.
Oh gosh, look at our squinty eyes LOL! Staring right at the sun.
For some reason we really wanted to go on these. If you look at the background, they had a mini Wipeout type of game :o. I really wanted to see someone playing that.
This got so boring after 10 minutes. You can't even accelerate LOL = =. So despite it being like water bumper cars, it was so not fun. I think each person gets 15 minutes in there, but we were all like "Is it over now?.. Can we get out?"
They even had a log ride like at Dreamworld :D
We then headed off to the mall which was so so small even though it was three levels tall. I think the biggest shop there was the arcade.
Afterwards, we decided to go to a market area nearby and whoa, they had a massive shoe shop there. I honestly think we spent one to two hours in that shop alone because they had shoes for everyone o.o . It was so cheap converted to Aus dollars too.
At first I thought that part with the wall coming down a lil was a mirror, but noo it wasn't ;o. Honestly, how massive is this shop?
Oh we had way more bags than this. Like maybe twenty or so with everyone's bags added up. And since they were yellow, stood out so much on the streets ..
I managed to buy two pairs. I only really started buying stuff from my second week onwards. And before you think I'm completely insane for buying 5 inch stilettos .. They were the last pair left so it was on one of the really cheap sale racks that they were trying to get rid of. Equates to around $12 AUD. I only bought it with the intention of wearing it once to the wedding and any other times which require minimal walking LOL. And yeah, I noticed the gems falling off but it wasn't anything much. Forgot the price of the other pair but it would be less than $20 AUD.
Hey, I'm Bec. Graduated from high school in 2012. I blog inconsistently and can be mia for a long time... In the meantime, take a look at my blog shop and support me by spreading the word! Thanks for viewing ^^.
