It's about time I stop being so lazy and finish off blogging this China trip ):< !
On day 12, we attended one of my mum's friend's daughter's wedding dinner. Weddings in China are really strange because it is somewhat a two day event. Day one is tea ceremony and other stuff, then the actually celebration at night with fire crackers etc. Day two is only a dinner. We didn't attend the first day because it went to about 2 am and we didn't really know anyone.

My cousin got her nails done like one to two days ago. She has the nicest natural nails ever ><. Every single person thinks she has fake nails lol. I got her to do this gradient gold design which cost about .. $15 AUD I think.
It was really embarrassing cos I also didn't know that in China, the day of the wedding dinner, everyonee dresses really casually. Like literally jeans (girls and guys), jackets and t-shirts so I looked like a fool wearing a dress >_>" luckily it was a casual dress though .. But compared to everyone else, it looked so fancy sigh.
Also, no one in China likes taking photos, especially because professional photographers are there. Mum told me to go downstairs to take a photo of the bride and groom so I had to walk from the very front (where we were seated) of the large restaurant, across this red carpet they put on the floor, to the door, and downstairs. I looked even more like a fool wearing those 5 inch stilettos asdkjsdif I don't want to think about how embarrassing it was T_T. No one informed me of the dress codeee.
Enoughh embarrassment, here are photos of some of the entrees and dishes.
Oh, there was oneee more embarrassment but forget it lol, I don't want to remind myself T.T . On another note, all the anxiety is over! No more stressing about OPs or course acceptances. The only problem, we will be complete noobs and veggies all over again .. But for the last time (hopefully)! Anyone else going to QUT KG?
